vdspanel.com. The VDS Panel software itself is
self-hosted: you install it on your own server, and everything it processes
(your sites, databases, mailboxes, backups) stays on your server and is never
transmitted to us. For that data, you are the controller.
1. What we collect
The only data collection point on this site is the demo request / contact form. When you submit it, the following is recorded:

The IP address and user-agent are kept solely for abuse prevention: at most five submissions per IP address in any ten-minute window. The form also contains a hidden honeypot field that humans never see; if it is filled in, the submission is treated as a bot and discarded without being stored.
2. Cookies, analytics and third parties
This site sets no cookies. There is no Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, heatmap or any other tracking tool. All assets, including web fonts, are served from our own server, so opening a page sends no request to any third-party server. That is also why you see no cookie consent banner.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Form data is processed only to respond to your enquiry, schedule a demo and send a quote. The legal bases are performance of pre-contractual steps taken at your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in managing enquiries and preventing abuse (Art. 6(1)(f)). We do not send marketing email without your consent.
4. Storage and access
Messages are stored in a database on our own server and simultaneously delivered by email to
info@vdspanel.com. The database file is not reachable over the web; the message panel
is password-protected and limited to authorised staff. Your data is
never sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing.
Records are retained for a reasonable period after the related correspondence ends. If you would like yours removed sooner, email us and we will delete it.
5. Your rights
You have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing, and to object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
To exercise any of these rights, write to info@vdspanel.com; we respond within 30 days at the latest.
6. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Form input is validated server-side, database queries are parameterised, and the message database directory is blocked from web access.
7. Changes
We update this notice when necessary; the current version is always published on this page and the date above is revised.
