Terms of Use

The binding agreement comes with your quote This page explains how the website and the product work in general terms. Commercial conditions — licence term, update and support scope, licence transfer when you change servers — are confirmed in writing together with your quote, and that document forms the actual agreement between the parties.

1. Using this website

The content on this site (text, screenshots, decks, product video) is published to introduce the product. It is informational; technical details may change as the product evolves. The screenshots are taken from a real installation.

2. Licensing model

  • Licensing is per server: one licence covers unlimited sites, accounts and databases on that server at no extra per-item cost.
  • The panel runs on your own hardware; we do not host it and charge no hosting fee.
  • For current pricing and licence conditions, request a quote at info@vdspanel.com.
  • Source code is not provided under the licence; the software may not be copied, redistributed, transferred to third parties or sub-licensed.

3. The server remains your responsibility

VDS Panel is self-hosted. Procuring the server, its network configuration, OS updates, verifying your backups and the lawfulness of the content you host are your responsibility. The panel automates and simplifies much of this work, but you remain the owner and operator of the server.

Even with backup features enabled, we recommend testing your restore procedure regularly.

4. What is out of scope

We state plainly on the site what the product does not do today. In short: multi-node cluster management is out of scope because we focus on single-node K3s, we do not offer a managed cloud service, and Windows servers are not supported (a Linux VDS is required).

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the software is provided "as is". We cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from misconfiguration, server hardware or network failures, third-party service outages (e.g. certificate authority, DNS provider, cloud backup target) or user error. In any case, our liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid for the relevant licence.

6. Support and updates

The panel is under active development. Updates are delivered through the in-panel Update flow. The support channel is info@vdspanel.com; enquiries are typically answered within one business day.

7. Intellectual property

The VDS Panel name, logo, interface design and all content on this site are protected. Third-party product names appearing in the comparison section are used for identification only and belong to their respective owners; such use implies no partnership or endorsement.

8. Personal data

For personal data processed on this site, see our Privacy Notice.

9. Changes and contact

These terms are updated when necessary; the current version is always published on this page. Questions: info@vdspanel.com
